Cézanne

This collection of art glasses was born of a personal, close relationship with kindred artists and themes. The limited edition, inspired by the paintings of Paul Cézanne, brings a new concept to classic stemware. The curved crystal bowl contrasts with the coloured, cut, and bonded stem, the geometric division of which nods to the characteristic spatial strokes of an artist’s brush. Inspired by Cézanne’s paintings of Mount Sainte-Victoire, the colour spectrum combines glass with his distinctive way of capturing landscape and space. The vessel in turn becomes a subtle interpretation of the painter’s own language translated into glass.
