To us, glass is a medium through which we work with light – the active agent that objectifies it, permeates it, brightens it, multiplies it, models it, reveals its subtle transformations and intensity, and allows for a new way of seeing things. In its natural rhythm of the day, light enlivens the visual language of abstract geometry, plays out internal stories, and sets in motion the precision of lines and shapes. Through layering, it moves, melts away, and comes together again into new layers of meaning. We work with this changing presence, which captures something that is far from us, which transcends the sensory world, but that is at the same time close, as we ourselves are a part of it.
