Our fascination with the functions and purpose of ancient theatre, its balance, rhythm, natural freedom, and connection with the landscape is reflected in a glass inspired by several years of wandering through ancient Greek and Roman theatres in Italy, Sicily, Greece, and Albania. The hand-cut, polished bowl draws its shape and proportions from the principles of an ancient amphitheatre, a space once devoted to shared ideas, gathering, and collective experience.
