Rounded Peaks

The old peaks of the mountains, rounded by experience, stand silent on their own island, while encouraging mutual cohesion. They measure the surrounding world with their domed optics, the oval curves permeating each other, absorbing their surroundings into their very own microcosms. Balanced constellations of individual shapes in a minimalist composition provide a sense of meditative peace. This invokes the spirit of a landscape of romantic dreams. These are the ideological continuation of the Peaks Series of coloured pyramid compositions, using crystal, hand-shaped, and partially cut hand-blown glass. This broadens a series characterized by flat edges, and instead is cut with curves and convex optics.
