The paintings combine a hand-engraved sheet of glass with an expressively painted wooden board. By offsetting both layers, an inner space is created that transforms perceptions as the viewer moves. The layered impasto painting represents energy and infinite space-time, with its own laws, and the engraving the human world, thinking, and being. Everything is connected, as the viewer themselves is mirrored, becoming an active part of the whole composition.
